OMG Slack Ass!!!

SO I have totally been slacking and need to get my ass back in gear, being sick with a cold for 3 weeks and the 24 flu bug, kinda threw me right off....So I weighed in this morning ( the first time in 2 weeks ) and was surprised to see I am down another pound so 188lbs woo hoo, holding in the 180's I am thrilled!!!! I have 10 weeks till Disney and trying my hardest to loose more so I will feel slightly comfortable in a bathing suit.

Today I am getting back on track, I already worked out to my biggest looser cardio workout that I finally found. I ate a healthy breakfast. I had a piece of whole grain toast with some PB grapefruit and a yogurt, and I'll be out all day cleaning, so that will be a good workout as well....so getting back on board and working on this again :D

Weigh in week 5 ~ Jan. 26 2009

Well this is week 5 weigh in and I have reached my first personal goal, to get into the 180's I weigh this week 189lbs so down one more pound this week. This is also my second time to measure everything. I have actually lost inches, real inches. I am so excited, my pants are starting to hang off me. it's a great feeling alos pple have noticed I've lost weight, also a great feeling!!!

Neck 15.2 inches -0.3 inches
Left bicep 12.5 inches -1.5 inches

Right bicep 13 inhces -1.5 inches
Upper Chest 38 inches -4i nches
Bust 44 inches -1inch
under bust 38.5 inches - 2 inches
Stomach 40.1 inches -2.4 inches
Hips 41 inches - 1.5 inches
Left Thigh 23 inches - 1 inch
Right Thigh 23.3 inches - 1 inch
Left Calf 15 inches 0
Right Calf 15 inches 0

so workng it out it says I've lost 16.2 inches so far

I hope I'm doing this alright, just seems like alot in a month...hmmm...well I'll have to keep it for now.

Weigh In ~ Week 4 Jan. 17 2009

So again I've been pretty sickall week and haven't done too much working out, and kind of been eating..umm..not so good lol...But I weighed in and I'm now

190lbs so 1 lb lost this week...

Since I started this whole weight loss kick almost a yr and a half ago I've lost 22.5 lbs. I am so happy, Now my next goal is to get out of the 190's. I need to get healthy again tho.

Weigh In * Week 3 Jan 12 2009

I didn`t a chance to weigh in on saturday so i id this morning...I`ve been feelng really sik for a couple of days now and I think it has to do with my multi vit`s I`ve been taking

Anyways this weeks weigh in is

191lbs thats a 4lb loss

all together from the begining of this whole weight loss thing I`ve lost 21 lbs just need to keep going

bleh

I think I might be getting sick, my throat hurts I feel sore...crappy!! well I'm not going to do wii fit tomorrow I'm going to be cleaning all day tomorrow, it's going to be my once a week get out of the house making a few extra bucks job. I'm excited but I know I'm going to be exhausted lol. I haven't worked in over 4 yrs..I think it will be a nice change tho

195lbs so down 1 lb

I went to the gym today with my mom, and she whooped my ass...I came home and did some wii fit. still driniking loads of water and trying my hardest to make the right food choices.

First Day


So I woke up, ate some oatmeal, already had 3 glasses of water..and worked my butt off on the wii fit today..I am definitly feeling it more today. it feels good to get back into something. And my wii age today was 27yrs old....but I found out there is a right way and a wrong way to have the board. it was backwards yesterday LMAO...but the day isn't over..got to keep making the right choices today. day by day
